DeNada provides smart home installation and an AI-powered WhatsApp concierge for luxury properties on the Costa del Sol. Hardware is purchased by and belongs to the client. If you cancel the concierge service, your smart home keeps working.

The AI concierge is a convenience tool, not a safety system. It includes features like gas leak alerts and intrusion detection, but it is not a substitute for professional security monitoring. For emergencies, always call 112 directly.

Safety-critical actions (alarm disarm, door unlock) always require explicit confirmation and are restricted to authorized users.

Privacy

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies. No personal data is collected through this website.

The concierge service processes data (WhatsApp messages, smart home sensors) as described in each client's individual service contract, in compliance with GDPR.
