This website is informational only. It describes the services and products offered by DeNada Home Systems. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer, contract, or commitment. All engagements are governed by individual contracts signed in person after a site survey and consultation.

Pricing

Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points and include IVA (21%). Every property is different. Final pricing is determined after a personal site survey and presented in a formal written quote before any work begins.

What We Do

De Nada provides bespoke smart home installation and an AI-powered WhatsApp concierge for luxury properties on the Costa del Sol. This includes hardware (sensors, cameras, locks, climate control), on-site professional installation, and an ongoing monthly concierge service with proactive monitoring, reports, and remote maintenance.

All hardware is purchased by and belongs to the client. We use open-standard devices (Zigbee, WiFi) that are not locked to our service. If you cancel the concierge, your smart home keeps working.

AI Disclaimer

The AI concierge is a convenience tool, not a safety system. While the system includes features like gas leak alerts, intrusion notifications, and flood detection, it is not a substitute for professional security monitoring (Securitas Direct, ADT, etc.). For life-threatening emergencies, always call 112 directly.

The AI may occasionally misinterpret commands, especially with noisy audio or ambiguous phrasing. Safety-critical actions (alarm disarm, door unlock) always require explicit confirmation and are restricted to authorized users.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, design, logos, and brand identity — is the property of DeNada Home Systems. The concierge software, AI agents, and system architecture are proprietary. Client data (conversations, preferences, smart home configurations) belongs to the client.

Limitation of Liability

De Nada provides smart home automation as a lifestyle and convenience service. We are not a licensed security monitoring company. We are not liable for: hardware malfunction from third-party manufacturers, losses from internet or power outages, or unauthorized access resulting from the client sharing credentials. Specific liability terms are defined in each client's individual service contract.

This website does not use cookies or tracking technologies.

Governing Law

This website and legal notice are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of Málaga, Spain.
